Add tests from fedot

Most of the test from FEDOT that cover fuctionality of GOLEM was transfered.

Some cincerns:

  • Random graph generation is used for initial population generation and for _tree_growth mutation. But the function random_graph does not work in general case cause it uses requirements, specific for pipelines (primary operations).
