Get rid of old ChainTemplate usage in visualization

Currently, in chain visualization scripts old ChainTemplates are used for convertation FEDOT Chains to ChainTemplate. However, the synthetic module seems obsolete and should be deleted. During the last refactoring I found out that visualization tests would be broken if actual ChainTemplate is used.

This task is proposed to reproduce this bug and to migrate our visualization from old to actual ChainTemplate.
